On May 11, 2022, the FIEO (Federation of Indian Export Organisations) conducted its annual flagship event – The ‘Southern Region Export Excellence Awards for the year 2018-19 at the Crowne Plaza in Chennai. The event took place to recognize various businesses in the southern region for their excellence in exports of goods and services.
FIEO with its eminent Award Selection Committee scrutinized and considered various parameters including export turnover, presence in emerging markets, product diversification, growth, etc. to award the organizations based on such merits.
The FIEO award is the 7th set of awards among the ‘Southern Region Export Excellence Awards’. The event’s chief guest was the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thiru. M.K. Stalin and the event were attended by members and exporters including status holders, leading exporters, service providers, banks / financial institutions, women entrepreneurs, and newly emerging exporters.
