Ultraman: Rising (Japanese: ウルトラマン: ライジング, Hepburn: Urutoraman: Raijingu) is set to debut on Netflix on June 14, 2024, bringing a fresh chapter to the iconic Ultraman franchise. This animated superhero film, the 44th in the series, is a Japanese-American co-production between Netflix Animation and Tsuburaya Productions, with visual effects crafted by Industrial Light & Magic (ILM). Directed by Shannon Tindle in his feature directorial debut, and co-directed by John Aoshima, the film features a screenplay by Tindle and Marc Haimes.
The voice cast is led by Christopher Sean as Ken Sato/Ultraman, supported by Gedde Watanabe, Tamlyn Tomita, Keone Young, and Julia Harriman.
