Directed by Wei Zheng (Frank Wei) “iPartment” is a romantic comedy starring Chen He, Lou Yi-xiao, Sun Yi-zhou, Li Jin-ming, Deng Jia-jia and Li Jia-hang. The film depicts a story about Zeng Xiao-xian and his young friends who live together in the same apartment. They encounter a group of adventurers at a fantastic prize-giving ceremony and end up going on an amazing journey. The onscreen foray contained more than 1000 VFX shots, all completed by VHQ. The VFX work included a snowstorm and avalanche, lava scenes, giant centipedes, an enormous robot, skull soldiers, owl monsters, polar lights, magical power effects, flames and a variety of explosion effects.
