David Conley Appointed President of MPC by Technicolor Group

London, December 2, 2024 –Technicolor Group, one of the world’s top companies in creative technologies and global visual experiences, announced Tuesday that David Conley would become the new President of Moving Picture Company.

He joins MPC with over two decades of experience in the VFX industry, having previously headed several studios. In this new role, Conley reports directly to Andrea Miloro, Chief Business & Strategy Officer, and Caroline Parot, Chief Executive Officer of Technicolor Group. His leadership will thus further strengthen MPC’s status as a global leader in visual effects and creative technology.

Conley has just worked as Executive Producer at Wētā FX. He’s worked on projects like Avatar: The Way of Water, The Last of Us series, and War is Over!. With his vast experience managing large-scale, complex productions, and known for developing good relationships among creatives and tech, he stands as an excellent figure in the film industry.

Conley has served in all levels of leadership at companies recognized worldwide and has guided studios toward implementing new innovations into the workflow. Many of his endeavors have inspired new standards in innovation, quality, and excellence-awarded projects that achieved Academy Awards, BAFTAs, and Emmys.

In a joint statement, Andrea Miloro and Caroline Parot praised Conley’s appointment:
